o A commitment to Listen and Act on customer suggestions for improvement. At a minimum where financial considerations prohibit implementing suggestions, we will explain our limitations and try our best to accommodate intermediate actions. Please feel free to suggest alternate products, services and improvements – meeting your demands is our mission.

o A commitment to strive to resolve any customer complaints, disputes or customer dissatisfaction expeditiously and in a fair, comprehensive manner. We will act as our customers’ advocate in any warranty issues with any of the manufacturers that we carry.
o A commitment to provide samples and loaner tools so that our customers can evaluate which tools are best suitable for their needs. Also, in cases where we have to order a particular item we will provide an equivalent tool for use in the interim. Our ability to provide loaners and samples is limited by financial considerations, however, it is our goal to work with our customers as much as possible.
